What else is going on in your lives? Uhm.. let's see. I'm getting ready to go back to school this fall to further my knowledge in the ever changing world of childhood education! :)

Well, I've been married going on five years now (holy cow!) to Chris Simpkins (we met at church) and have an eighteen month old, Grant. We are also expecting our second little boy, Benjamin Mitchell any day now. I'm very pregnant and ready to get this kid out! LOL! I worked at Huddleston Bolen, a law firm in Huntington, after high school as a legal secretary and when we moved down here to Roanoke I also worked as a legal secretary for a firm downtown. I quit work in mid-January to stay at home with Grant and our second arrival. Daycare is crazy expensive down here! It is actually going to be better for us financially for me to stay home rather than put the boys in daycare. I also watch my best friend's 4 month old during the week. I love staying at home and wouldn't change it for anything. There are days when I crave adult conversation but overall it's the best job I've ever had. I like that I don't miss out on any "firsts." We are excited about Baby Ben's arrival and look forward to being a family of four. Wow! A lot happens in ten years, huh? Things in my life have definitely changed quite a bit in the last ten years and feel that through those changes I am a better person having gone through them. Anyway, I've blabbered enough, hope to hear from everyone soon. Like I said before, my e-mail address is cssimpkins@cox.net and I would love to get an e-mail from you guys. I don't really do the whole myspace thing because of lack of time and energy these days.

different from WV. I work for Cox
Communications as a tech support rep, for cable and telephone. It's very laid back here, which by the way I am working right now, getting paid while I'm just typing away. I have to take phone calls, but while doing that and in between doing that I can watch TV and surf the net. I really can't complain. Well see ya guys soon.

Kids? Only the returnable kind! I get so much joy out of baby-sitting for my friends... and then going home to the sanity of my toy-free house!
Work? I'm an Executive Assistant at a Mission in Baltimore City that serves men struggling with issues of homelessness and addiction. I love what I do and being in an environment where I see lives changing every day makes my heart happy!

What else is going on in your life? Not too much to note. I love to travel but lately it's been limited to small day trips like DC, Philly, NYC, etc. I am going on vacation in Vermont in June and I am really looking forward to that. It should be peaceful and my life can be pretty hectic so I'm looking forward to some quiet.

I've been married for 3 1/2 years. No children, but we now have kittens, so that's a start, right?
I work at my church as a secretary, and I lead the praise & worship here too. My hubby's name is Joe and he's a wonderful man! He's a mortgage broker and works out of our home. But truthfully, we both want to be in full time ministry together.
I'm in Huntington. Love theatre. I've been involved in the local theatre scene for about 7 or 8 years now and I think it's so fun.
So, I guess between church, real estate, theatre, and other stuff, we stay really busy!

What else is going on in your lives? Well, currently I am sleeping through breakfast so that I can be rested up to monitor the President and his staff's travel in the air tonight.

Work? I am an indentured servant! Actually, I am an apartment manager...

What else is going on in your lives? Hummm. Let's see... We're going to Spain in June, and I am really, really excited about it. Although I already have a music degree, I am going to UC in the fall to get my prerequisites for physical therapy so I can get my DPT.

Well, we welcomed Benjamin Mitchell into the world on Tuesday, April 17th at 4:00 p.m. He weighed 7 lbs and 10 ozs. and looks just like his big brother did when he was born. He's such a good baby and I'm actually getting more sleep than I anticipated. I posted some pics of him on our blog at www.simpkinsfamily.blogspot.com. Could I be any more blessed? I love being a mom!

Jessi and I have been married for almost 4 years and have a 14 month old boy - Elijah Samuel. I am working as a therapist at Life Strategies Counseling Services in Beckley (and Lewisburg). We live just outside of Beckley in Daniels.
I'm really looking forward to seeing all of you at the reunion!

we both live and work in Roanoke, VA and love it here! It is beautiful here and we never get bored.
Amanda is the store manager at GYMBOREE, a kiddie clothing store at the mall. She has a 6 yr old girl named Annie, aka annie bananie:)
i (sam, aka samantha) work at a state instituion for the mentally ill and substance abuse populations. i am without kid(s) so i'm my neices fav. aunt sammie.

Hey everybody! Darcy and I have been married for 5 years and I am excited to say we have a bun in the oven!! Darcy is due October 21 and it is a girl! We live in Xenia, Ohio which is a suburb of Dayton. I am making a living as an engineer for a company called Rittal Corporation. Good to hear from everybody... See you 8/4!
