Well... that's the first order of business that needs to be nailed down. I was thinking somewhere between the middle of June through the end of July.
Why don't we throw out some ideas for potential dates via the comments on this post. Especially for those of you coming in from far away... we need to know what dates work for you. But everyone should throw in their 2 cents.

Let's see....The girls' birthday is June 12th and Matt's is July 19th, so.....July 7th is my proposal. What do you think? Too close to the Fourth of July?
I pulled out the old yearbook...Has anyone heard from: Amanda Conger, Jennifer Duty, Amanda Gillispie, the LeMasters, Melody Patton, Scott Preston, Jennifer Vanderpool, Carl Varney, Julie Warren, and Jeremy Waugh? It may be helpful to compile an official list of addresses (at least email addresses)so we make sure we have everything. Just a thought..

July 7th is fine for me. Ummm... Sean and I may be going to Spain from June 9-20. I can't remember the exact dates... :-P
The weekend of July 7th is fine with me. However, the 7th is a Friday and Saturdays would probably be better for those of us coming in from out of town. My only bad weekend (at this point) is the weekend of July 28th. I've talked to Sam LeMaster lately and will tell her about the blog. I'm clueless about everyone else, sorry!
I was thinking that the main event would be on a Saturday, with optional things going on Friday night and Sunday afternoon. So... the 8th of July sounds like a possibility so far.

I am getting the master contact list from Mrs. Gillispie at the school and plan to send out something to try to make contact with folks ASAP.

i am scheduled to work July 7 ish but can probably get that weekend off if i put in for it now. amanda can make her schedule work also, as long as her workers show up as scheduled. my email is sl283598@ohio.edu. (i dont think amanda checks her email.) we both live in Roanoke, Va. And oh, Jen Duty lives her also. i will pass this site on to her.

ha-ha-ha! i can hook you guys up with pizza for a lil snack or somthing. i know you all want sumptn nice for the main event but if anybody wants pizza for one of the other days-i can deliver. more ha-ha-ha. it would be easy to bring if anybodys going to get together at the park any that weekend.(which im a fan of by the way) i miss the pizza since i moved to virginia so any excuse to get some of my dads food is a good excuse. later guys, sam

August is good for me.
August is fine with me. September and June are hectic for me. June is when I get my new kids and September I'll be in Orlando so anything other then those I can work with! :)
August is terrible for me! How about a different weekend in July?
Well, the thingy with July is that I will have "Oklahoma" every single weekend Friday, Saturday and Sunday. And July 6th- 8th is opening weekend for the show. June is the absolute yuckiest because there's rehearsal every day but Sunday.
I know it's not all about me, but I would be so bummed out to have to miss.

Good news, Cindy! I took an in depth look at my calendar and I could do the weekend of August 4th. The weekends of August 11th, 18th and 25th are absolutely out of the picture but the 4th will work. How does that sound to everyone else???
